LOSS) ARISING OUT OF THE USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SITE OR ITS CONTENT, EVEN
IF DDI HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. IN ANY CASE, THE ENTIRE

shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province
of Alberta and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein. You hereby expressly
consent to the sole and exclusive jurisdiction and venue of the courts of the
Province of Alberta, for any legal proceeding arising out of or relating to your
